Simply Baby or Family Newborn Photos: Which Collection Fits?
By Marianna · Golden Art Photography · Updated 2026-10-18
The first decision is whether you want baby-only portraits or photographs with the people welcoming your baby. Simply Baby is baby-only. The Family Story and Deluxe Newborn Experience include parents, siblings and grandparents.
Choose Simply Baby for a newborn focus
This $600 collection includes 3–4 newborn setups, wraps and accessories, and 10 advanced Photoshop retouches of favorite images. It suits a plan centered on the baby, without family members appearing in the portraits. All the best professionally selected and edited high-resolution images are included.
Choose a family collection for connection
The Family Story is $825 and includes 4–6 setups, different family combinations, 15 advanced retouches, a highlight video and a 16×20 canvas. Deluxe Newborn Experience is $1,150, with 6–7 setups, 25 advanced retouches, a highlight video, an 8×8 album and a 16×20 canvas.
Compare what you will enjoy afterward
Think about the people in the photographs and how you would like to display them. A collection with printed extras may suit a wall portrait or album plan. It is still worth checking the complete current package card rather than choosing by the name alone.
Each newborn collection includes a private gallery and print release, with delivery within 2–5 days after the session. Booking, date and location fees are separate considerations.
